Monthly percentage points in sales from m-commerce are growing every month, representing a significant growth opportunity for the world leader in online flash sales.

m-commerce pioneer and leader in Europe
Since 2010, has been offering its website equivalent to mobile phones in most of the European countries where it is available. This includes iPhone, iPad and Windows Phone applications, as well as Android which was added last May. In addition to this, a user-friendly platform was created for mobile users allowing them to access the website from their mobile phones. These applications and platforms are constantly being improved to render access to the website easier.

The mobile channel (which makes up more than 10% of global sales) is in its first stages in developed countries such as the UK and the United States. Few companies have developed applications for mobile phones at the moment but the increase of such applications should be exponential in the years to come.

An opportunity for growth
M-commerce is based on the online sales event concept proposed by and is a service in the true sense of the word offered by the website to its members. “It’s not about whether this support helps or eats away web sales, but rather, it is simply a service provided for our clients allowing them to make purchases when they want and where they want” explains Jacques-Antoine Granjon, President and founder of

From the time this application was established in June 2010, has registered more than a million downloads via iPhone and iPad in Europe. Aside from these applications, already has 1.85 million visitors who access the Internet via their mobile phone.
Jacques-Antoine Granjon sees m-commerce as a new way to make purchases. “More and more people have Smartphones: it’s consumerism’s magic wand. This is already the case among young people in developed countries.” states Mr.Granjon. The rate at which people are being supplied with Smartphones continues to increase (there are almost 14 million iPhones and iPads in Europe) but the number of people who surf the web from their phone and then make purchases still remains confidential.
